overall isnt meant to sound good. Also it's not meant to be good. It just a style of it's own. The things that do make it good is the awful quality, riffs, blast beats. Shit sounds nice. Sometimes the pig squeeling , monster cookie voice makes it sound unbearable to lots of people but once you gaslight yourself into liking it you'll enjoy it.

The things that do make it good is the awful quality, riffs, blast beats. Shit sounds nice. Sometimes the pig squeeling , monster cookie voice makes it sound unbearable to lots of people but once you gaslight yourself into liking it you'll enjoy it.

Did you know that my previous habitat was a music forum? I surely have mentioned it once or twice and assumed everyone would take notice. Obviously, no one did.

So, there, no one ever discussed latest grindcore releases or included grindcore albums in their "Top of the year" lists as the genre is self-explanatory after your first album (listened to some 20/30 years ago in general). It is meant to be "punk-ish", catchy and not serious.

I discovered it with the German band "Cock and Ball Torture" in 2002 - and there was nothing else to listen to after that, really.


That is all.

Well i've never heard of grindcore, it just sounded close to death metal + punk for some reason. (i'm still beginning to try learning these metal sub genres) While grindcore generally sounds absolute dogshit and hilarious, I find this one way better and idk why.
