Raising chickens is peaceful

For the past months me and my uncle took a hobby of raising some chickens. It doesn't require much and we have a lot of free space. Here's a pic of them eating. (Tried to upload a video but couldn't)

The most shocking thing i discovered is that they have a very strict and direct hierarchy. The massive roosters ( AKA cocks ) eat most of the food. The bigger you are the more you eat. The biggest rooster beats other roosters and eats their food, While chickens eat what he allows them to. The 2nd biggest beats the 3rd and the 3rd biggest beats the 4th and so on. The chicks are considered a part of territory and a rooster claims a chick as a part of he's very own harem. And without saying the bigger and stronger you are the more chicks you can get. I once saw the 2nd biggest rooster fuck a wife of the 4th biggest rooster in front of him and he just watched KEK.
Feeding them doesn't need a lot. In my case i feed them old dry bread. (Pic inserted)

It is very peaceful and makes me realize that maybe disconnecting entirely from the internet and embracing starting a farm isn't that bad of an idea.

They are very low maintenance once you have everything set up.
I used to have half-wild chickens. I'd catch and carry them under my arm to non-consensually give them head scritches. One didn't like it and slapped my eye with its wing so hard it swelled shut.

lmao the baby chicks let me carry them in my pocket. probably because they find it warm but its still sweet.

will be cooking the biggest rooster sooner or later. he is getting too old and he isn't fertilizing enough eggs also the sperm quality dropped. the chicks produce 20 eggs a week i think i can sell some in the farmers market?
