125 mg magnesium pill
6 cigarettes


I took all that at the same time, which is a mistake, actually; I feel my breaths slowing down, and my throat is numb, which causes me paranoia. I hate when that happens; I should always separate taking them.

Sugar is bad for my health especially in the morning, also I drink 2 cups of coffee and chamomile a day so, I will definitely gain weight if I drink them with sugar.
