Notice one thing about these? They are always about the offspring, always. It was never about you me or chad, it was always about stacy and the kids. You want to have sex because you want to have kids, you watch porn because you emulate getting a girl pregnant, all of your sexual desires are to have kids.

I recommend aajonus vonderplanitz and Rawsright they are similar to Goatis but have some more direct takes on the whole thing

From my experience I’ve been eating raw meat and I haven’t gotten sick or anything of that sense, as for improving looks idk if that’s credible enough

imo the key to health is low stress, almost every person who lived to extremely old ages said their key was happiness and stress free lifestyle, btw I do agree and believe most of our diet should be animal product based, but these guys take it too far and it just ends up like any other diet where people hyper obsess like vegans, also I jfl even hard and the ones who think it will increase their height or improve looks
