Comfy Recommend me a good RPG game

I'm sick and tired of Oblivion and Skyrim. Overplayed them. Plus the games themselves are boring and repetitive - go into that cave and fetch me this. You just end up being a pack rat, it's all there is to it. The plot is full on contradictions and inconsistencies and there's no grand logic. I'm not saying these are bad games, but I just can't play them anymore.

I really loved Witcher 1, what a great RPG. The atmosphere is unsurpassed and the quests are well-crafted and original. Sadly I've completed it 4 or 5 times in recent years so can't seem to be able to enjoy it too now, too predictable.

I tried getting into Dragon Age Origins (hated it as a kid) but I don't like the combat system and too lazy to get used to it.

Any ideas what can I play guys? Or should I just forget about overfrying my brain with dopamine and return to reading?

For the next 2 or so months I'm doing the Suikoden marathon. On Thursday I finished Suikoden 1. Now I'm starting 2. Then I'll play 3, 4 and 5. So I don't have to wonder what I'll play next, it's all decided.

I don't think these games would fit ur exact preferences but they are still good and have major rpg elements

if you're into west rpgs watch some ssethtzeentach, if you're into jrpgs idk i recommend fire emblem, pokemon and monster hunter

Play some Fallout NV or any type of nostalgic game that is actually good. A non rpg game I would probably recommend is Silent Hill or something like Hit n Run Simpsons.
