Me when no one is autistic enough to play eroge or visual novels:feelsrope:
Nigger gyatt damn you're like a needy mid art hoe, wait more than 10 mins before complaining nobody replied to you JFL. Anyways play Sengoku Rance or Evenicle. Those are the 2 best VNs man has ever made and the company that makes both, AliceSoft, is peak. Check it out, don't listen to anyone else's advice they're gonna recommend some gay romance vn where you only get to see the girls tits after 100 hours of text. At that point just go outside and talk to a real woman. Here's an autistic German on ritalin that larps as Sudanese that made a good video on Evenicle

It depends on your tastes. There are a myriad of visual novels with different genres that cater to a gamut of audiences.
I am partial to thriller VNs, my name is related to the sci-fi thriller VN 'Steins;Gate', specifically the prequel 0. I think it's a really good visual novel although there is some typical weeb cringe involved. Otherwise I am beholden to the Zero Escape Trilogy although some might find them tedious, they are some of my favorites. If you're looking for something with horror/drama then some good visual novels I can recommend are Song of Saya, Raging Loop, Kara no Shojo and Devil on G string.

I can't comment on romance VNs as I don't really play them, I really enjoyed CLANNAD and ISLAND has an interesting storyline. Studio Key Visual Novels have a reputation for being romantic with some sad elements. The comfiest VN I've every played is Fluffy Store which is really nice. I honestly don't play eroge so I have nothing to say on that front.

Higurashi and Umineko are the peak autistic litmus test. They're good but they're extremely long(~200 hours combined) but quite rewarding, I can't help but think fondly of them yet I digress, it might not be the best entry point (although the OST fuckin slaps); if you're going to play either you should download the PS3 patch as it heralds a much better experience.

There are also the TYPE/MOON visual novels which tend to be rather popular. I've only played Fate and it was pretty good although I've heard good things about Tsukihime and Witch on the Holy Knight also.

I'm currently playing through The Silver Case and House in Fata Morgana.

There are plenty more, but these are the ones I enjoyed from the top of my head. If you're more interested in VN-likes with additional gameplay elements there are games like Danganronpa, Raincode, AI:The Somnium Files or Professor Layton.
