I found an unconscious body, woke him up and tried to talk to him. Talking wasn't impressive, he was giving nonsensical answers ("I'm SGO", "call SWAT") and so while I was calling emergency services and trying to explain what's up, the junkie decided he doesn't want to be delivered to an emergency ward and managed to raise up and started walking away. I parsed the area 10 min after and he was nowhere to be found, also saw that an ambulance car decided to investigate anyway.

He looksmogged me though and was dressed clean. I'm surprised at how Aryan our peasants look like, I'm more of an Alpine race and get insecure about not looking noble enough.

These types of guys - poor, not from the city and aimless - often end up in the army, but this one was taking narcotics and going on night adventures. He'd figure something out.
