I go out of my house almost every day, and I talk to people, but all of my interactions are so awkward and cringe-inducing (e.g. whenever i leave a room, i awkwardly say 'thanks' or 'bye', and the aura of the room changes almost instantly). how do i fix this, neetchuds? (ev&doe you probably have it as bad as i do)

Just be neurotypical. "Learn social skills, it's not that hard!" (hint: good luck, because I tried to).

Some people are just wired differently. No amount of practice can overcome your natural dispositions. If you struggle despite going outside this often it's probably genetic
