I'm trying to fast until my birthday which is in two weeks.
I have done it tons of times already. My record was 11 days. The last time I did it I felt terrible after three or four days already. It think it was last summer.Won't you get deficiencies and shit?
I've seen people do this while taking supplements.

Basically just gonna eat salt if I feel lightheaded and not gonna exert myself too much. If I feel really terrible like I am gonna die I will cook some food. I still have 20 eggs on my fridge and other stuff to make soups with. I might eat the eggs before they expire in like two weeks.

Most other times were like a week on average. I probably did like 10 long fasts. And maybe even more that just lasted 3-5 days. Sometimes I just fasted one oe two days when I felt like I overate.
>2 liter water
>1 tsp potassium chloride (no salt)
>1/2 tsp sodium chloride (himalayan pink salt)
>1 tsp sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
>1/2 tsp magnesium sulphate (epsom salts - food grade)
I was already underweight when I stopped. I don't need them. I have pink himalayan salt but too lazy to get the rest maybe I have some electrolytes as pills to put in water but those dissolving things have probably a lot of sugar in them and are pretty useless from former experience, except they taste good like lemonade.>missed the taste of food

I actually stopped my fast since I managed to shoplift 4 kg of ground beef. But I'll resume starting today since I ate it over the past few days and now my fridge is empty again. I also only ate one meal. 1kg ground beef with like 300g grams of rice daily.Thanks for making this post.
