Taking Break
Have been online too long. 5 hours for games, 2 hours watching youtube and an hour on here. In limiting my screen time to 2 hours daily for a week. I done this last year and honestly felt better. Will not be online until 17th august, see you soon.

Okay so 2 days ago I posted this thread, this is a follow up.
So what have I done the last 2 days?
● Reduced screen time to 2 hours
● Consulted professional for my sleeping issues despite good sleep habits
● Adopted better eating habits (by meal prepping)
● Went outside (to parks)
● Cleaned my room & myself (dust free)
How did I benefit?
● No more red eyes & reduced dark circles
● Potential solution to my restless leg syndrome (diagnosed by specialist)
● Gained weight & feel better with more energy
● Vitamin D from sun contributed to my healthy sleep
● No more suffering from dust allergies
Takeaway
Neeting is good but when your online to the point your brain rots you forget about yourself. Most days I ate once because I was gaming for so long I couldn't even care about my body. I never went outside the whole day, humans are supposed to get sunlight. I sat down with bad posture this will only negatively affect my health in the future. In just 2 days of contemplating/ "going outside" I have fixed a lot of my problems. Yeah I will continue to play games but reduce the hours.
Tldr; Take a break from whatever you are doing and come back later you are probaly burned out even if you're not 'working.'
