I will call the ombudsman tomorrow and ask some questions regarding GDPR...

I bet he/she knows if it's pointless better than you do!

I will ask for a literal GDPR checklist. So I know 100 % what it takes for them to take action.

And by winning I don't mean them having to fight the EU in court.

A win for me is making panic after receiving some mail from the authorities.

It will cost them time & money + all the stress

I'm now trying to find a web scraper that works on linux and doesn't take forever to learn. I've been thinking about a Windows VPS too... or a virtual computer. But I would need more ram for that and maybe a second graphics card... and a more powerful cpu / dual socket mobo? Damn... I don't know why I tend to overcomplicate things. Just buy an old laptop with windows preinstalled...

BTW I have found a web scraper that can do just what I wanted to do. But it costs 100 buckaroos. And it only works on WINDOWS.

I literally got a call from the local gubbermint office. They said that I was correct. I found something they had missed before. They'll have to revise their official guidelines. And I can file a real case if I wish to do so. That would get my name in the official court documents. It would be (insert my name) vs (insert all the violators). Not bad for a neet. Literally hundreds of organizations are going to hear from me.
