I work a customer service job as a pharmacy tech and interact with atleast 100 people everyday

There are people who get mad for no reason, the dumb people, the people who are were just raised wrong

The one thing i’ve learned from this (and this somewhat contradicts my last thread) you can’t hold everybody of every race or creed to the same regard. Even shit like not having basic manners surprises me — a lot of customers don’t say thank you or anything

People project their negative emotions and lack emotional intelligence and think everyone is out to get them

You might not agree with me, because I don't work answering calls like you do. But I think people become hostile because they're bitter, they're dissatisfied with their miserable lives and that's why they take it out on other people. Often it's easier to do it over the phone, many of those people possibly wouldn't dare say the things they say to your face.
