I had taken a 30 days break from working out and was starting to feel good again, not stressed pretty high energy eyes lightning up again would do some homework and house chores but this week I started going again did a push day 2 days ago, legs yesterday and now I feel so tired and depressed I don't get it
Is it low test or some kind of exercise intolerance? I get morning wood daily and put on muscles easily I rep 315lbs on bench idk about low test but I just feel so much more energetic and happier not working out
But I'm known as the ''jacked guy'' in my town it's like the only thing I got going on for me so hard to quit im a loser otherwise
