It was a BBQ day and the last time my family had a BBQ. I also went out for a run and it was sunny.
I gained a lot of weight since then but lost some of it at the same time due to a lot of days where I didn't eat at all, I used to be 118kg at 1,93m in August and I was mainly fat, lost 16kg since then but I didn't really exercise just didn't eat at all.
It was the last good day, every day since July feels the same.
I am going for a walk 1 hour a day from now on at the start of the day and am going to gymmaxx.
