When Joel freed Ellie, he killed a doctor to get to Ellie. That doctor's daughter then hunted Joel and killed him, then Ellie went crazy and hunted Abby (the daughter of the doc) and tried to kill her (let her live in the end lol). Yes, that's it actually, sounds like a lowkey fanfiction
