My life is a living hell because of one thing: OCD. Nothing else contributes to making my life hell. If it wasn't for OCD, I would have a job, a driver's lis, and maybe even a girlfriend. Who knows. But NO, OCD has prevented me from progressing. Why should I continue to live like this if this won't ever end? OCD is not curable. Once you have it, you have it forever.

I think what helped with my obsessive overthinking is music porn and lower concentration
I used to concentrate a lot so now i just mind sleep most of the day to avoid concentrating at all
