One day I was in my teenage years enjoying life with friends, the next I’m rotting at 25. I don’t even remember much of what I did the past 7~ or so years. I hung out with a few people in that time frame, more now than ever, but most of it was spent rotting while I listened to music, played guitar, or read manga. Can’t believe 2024 is already nearing, everything post Covid has been a blur.

I've gone through so much shit, from social isolation to chronic depression to nearly getting tossed in juvie for cyber crimes. I already feel twice my age, despite only being 19 years old.

I find it hard to believe that I am barely out of my teens, did online school due to poor performance in school and didn't have the typical teenage experience.

Did but I don’t keep up with them. “Hanging out” for them is sitting in a room doing drugs and playing vidya

I feel bad for you younger members. I remember most kids going the homeschool route during covid so they got cucked out of their late teenage years with no socializing and what not.
How do you cope with depression? I just sleepmaxx these days since I know it will pass with time

I did homeschool because I was failing physical school, plus I didn't have much of a teenage life to begin with.

so they got cucked out of their late teenage years with no socializing and what not.

Good, serves them right. They never feel sympathy for us "rejected losers" and give us defective advice for their own pleasure, then they tell us that teenage love is "OVerRaTEd" while joyfully reminiscing over the memories of bliss and joy they had with their high school crushes and girlfriends.

How do you cope with depression? I just sleepmaxx these days since I know it will pass with time

By daydreaming and deluding myself that one day it will get better, it's also something I just learned to suck up over time.
