I started studying Japanese during the pandemic. After a year or so, I ended up dropping it. I've been getting back into it recently, and I must say I regret not investing more time in researching good learning resources at the beginning. Back then, I didn't know about the importance of immersion in language learning. It's basically about consuming a lot of content in the target language, rather than just studying a bunch of grammar. I mean grammar is important, but it should be learn in context.

To learn vocabulary, I'll be using Anki with the Kaishi 1.5k deck. For Kanji, I'll be using the All in One Kanji deck. I'll also be pairing this with comprehensible input materials. Wish me luck boyos

I just want to end this post by saying:

賃労働のシステムが大嫌いだ!

Use Tankobon and anki decks. I forgot all the kanji I memorised so reading Japanese is a nightmare now but you can pick it up fast with practice
