They steal mortar shells from the local armies, just like those Russian-made automatic belt grenade launchers mounted on a mini-tripod. For dropping i remember seeing Mavic 3 Pro, Mavic 2 too.

Take the pin out of a grenade, put it in a cup so it locks the lever and doesnt explode then fly the drone to the target and drop the nade, although this is less optimal as they will possibly track it back to you.
