I literally only leave my house to go to school and go to work. Occasionally I walk my dog. That's it. What is there to do outside that I'm missing out on? I don't have any friends, so preferably something that doesn't require them.

Not a clue about other countries. But here in Weimarica, there isn't a whole lot to go out for.
Being a total recluse is bad obviously , but truthfully the "real world" only gets worse and worse.

I am in the same situation. Theres not much to do outside that doesn't require friends. My coworkers just talk about the usual garbage, how was the game last night, what do you think about this celebrity who just cheated on their wife, shit like that. Spending time with them would be a mistake. So essentially we're just fucked. Especially now that everything is closed down and probably will be for a while

1. If u live in a store building, u definitely have neighbors. Have a ‘small talk’ every time u get an opportunity.
2. U definitely leave ur house for food. Have a small talk with a shop owner, u might click up
3. Go to a park, have a small talk with a stranger asking time or commenting on how his/her dog cute is

At least these are the options I’d go for if I was living in urban areas but idk

There's literally nothing to do if you live in America. Outside your house you got what? A bunch of sidewalks? Anything you do by yourself is pretty miserable anyways. Everywhere is driving distance and just a bunch of Fast Food chains and Supermarket chains.

And also America is unique because it has virtually NO legal prostitution. Whatever exists is probably scarce or impractical.

go for daily walks if you don't live in a culturally enriched area, taking 3 daily walks of 10 min each makes the NEET experience significantly better for me
