Discussion What percent of your monthly salary goes to rent/utility and tax?

For the type of work I can get and once I'm unable to claim unemployment I worked it out as being a little over half my monthly salary gone just like that. In what fucking world is that worth it? I think I'd rather stay broke and retain my free time than be locked in a shit job slaving away for pennies for some shit cunt's benefit, no matter what I do this life seems abhorrent and not fucking worth it.

This is why I haven’t properly moved out.

Nearly all my earnings would go on rent. The landlord will use then use that to take out more mortgages and build up their portfolio. Plus spend it on things like Only Fans whores like a cuck. Fuck that. If it’s an option, far better to live at home and keep all your money for you, as long as possible.
