what does that even mean nowadays? If I think about america, the first things that come to my mind are stuff like cultural imperialism, insane amounts of greed, deceive and a freedom that exists so that the ruling class can take advantage of the cattle. the "american dream" just serves as motivation so that people blindly put up with everything and keep feeding the system that exploits them.
