Discussion What were your hopes for the actual moment, when you were a kid?

I thought id get married and have children but as time went on i realized it ain't happening.Nowadays im hoping to leave my parents and go live somewhere alone on isolation

I thought I’d be rich, cost what cost, including manufacturing and selling drugs or be a hitman etc. Watching a lot of police series and hearing about real cases made me think unless you’re part of very organised crime you stand no chance and always get caught so I gave up the mafia idea but never found a legal way. I actually believe you can’t really make it without cheating, connections or insider knowledge in 2020.

Nothing tbh, I only cared about gaming or playing outside with other kids.

Before going to university I thought about learning high performance computing and "helping" the game industry.
I used to read one guy's comments on Wccftech about how games don't utilize CPU resources at all, even Sandy Bridge CPUs are underutilized to this day.
