Haha well other than the gym barely anything else really I have a terrible diet which is ruining my gym progress tbh

And socially I have improved a lot,but it always feels like a big hassle n stuff

Which makes me avoidant and distant and easily fall back into only going outside like twice a week and rotting all day

But again whenever i end up being productive and doing stuff I always feel very happy and accomplished and treat it like the best day ever when it's just like any other day for other people
