Arabic sounds very different depending on the regional dialect. And, in general, I wouldn't describe it as "high T"; it's just that when most people hear Arabic they hear it from nasheeds and angry terrorists, so they associate it with high T and aggression.

I'd say Chinese is the most aggressive/highT-sounding language by far.
