What I mean by this is, you could spend your whole life in a house in the middle of nowhere and rot away there. Maybe a neighbour would gossip about you from time to time, or a man with a meter would come to your house to check things. However you would be forgotten by society and would spend out your time there. When a teacher gives out to you for not doing your homework, or your parents bother you with what life will be like as an adult you don't really listen to them. However as an adult now, I realize that theres nothing really beyond your teenage years. Life is more about survival and all forms of community are cut off from you as a male, especially as a neet.

I wish I realized this sooner, that nobody was coming to save me. Therse lots of old people nobody cares about for a start, I guess as NEETS we join this group early on. I mean its good for natural introverts I would assume.

You are ultimately insignificant and will die alone. Something everyone should get used to by a certain age. Only one in 100 million people are truly special enough to be valuable. If you're on these forums you probably aren't one of them. That should be a good thing. It means that you can lead the life you want and do whatever fulfills you without worrying about things that you don't have to worry about. You're not a monarch holding a country together by threads, nor are you a master scientist who's the only one capable of maintaining centuries-old machines crucial for infrastructure. That is not a bad thing

The "you will die alone" thing is something I didn't get as a teenager. I think it was because at that age you are still in society. However when you grow up it fully hits when you realize that school is fake etc.

this hit close to heart. the older i get the more it dawns on me too that even though you get older nothing really changes. you're mostly the same person you were at 20, just more resigned, less energetic, less hopeful about anything most of all. i didnt particularly enjoy my childhood, or youth for that matter, but in comparison, being an adult is hell
