I would never smoke in a situation that wasn't 100% safe. I smoked previously a bunch where it was illegal and shit and had a lot of bad experiences because of the paranoia.
I love weed more than life itself, but if I was in a situation where smoking it meant that I had any chance of getting kicked out or sent to federal pound me in the ass prison I wouldn't do it.
