As a NEET, I'm free from work and the stress that comes with it. I have the freedom do more or less whatever I want day to day but as a result, I'm a slave to my own self doubt, depression and my lack of discipline and motivation.

I feel stuck in life, trapped and completely empty as a NEET. All I want is to find purpose in life. I've finally realised the only way to find purpose is through hard work and discipline.

Ironically, freedom comes from hard work and discipline. Whatever you're inclined to, if you're disciplined and work hard at it, you'll feel a sense of freedom.

The only times I feel a sense of freedom is when I'm running or working out. They both test my discipline and they're both hard work but I feel free in the moment and I'm happy afterwards.

All of us can do better and we're all capable of much more than we think, we just need to make an effort.

There's definately lots of execise and other great stuff to do.
If you count the stress of commuting and eating unhealthy food out.
Working is actually far LESS healthy than going NEET in many cases.

You are still a slave to society, its just that you're a slave that contributes nothing and receives nothing in exchange.

Only the kind of hard work that gets you higher up, say, creating a business if you have a novel idea. I DGAF about working hard to get the same paycheque from a chad boss no matter what.

I feel perfectly free and purposeful as a NEET.
Most jobs today are empty, shallow and don't mean anything if the company fucks you over.

I did the work thing. it feels like being a prisoner. and the money feels worthless cause I couldnt even find a decent young escort.
one escort I recognized when she came to my work to shop, I knew her by the tattoo, she was a 9 stacy, I scheduled with her 2 hours after
work, she rejected me at the door.

so I kept thinking why the fuck do I work ? what the fuck cant I buy and what dif is there.
I was rejected and scorned daily.
every day I received complains about my face.
6 times a day ! why won't you smile, you look sad you look tired. no sleep ?
every day for years.

only reason I went cause my "family" kept bitching at me : what do you do all day stare at walls ?
well I cut off my family from my life.
now I am neet and I feel great ! I study all day long and have fun.

working towards your own goals is more admirable than a job.

I agree. 100%. And when you start working, it becomes close to impossible. Time is very limited then.
