Why are WW2 documentaries so comfy?

I can’t stop watching them. They’re just really comfy for some reason. I feel autistic watching them because they’re made for ultra-normies and they’re narrated like a cheap action flick but yeah, they’re just comfy.

I don't really care for the documentaries but I do like war history particularly from 1848-1898

I used to love watching war on terror footage from 2021-2023 especially drone strikes what sprarked my interest was when the afghan pull out happened made me really patriotic because everyone was criticisng my country while I just wanted us to nuke the whole country to shit and rebuild my neocon days were nice not as good as my weeb days 2017-2021
