why can social media posts be used against you?

how would my posts here affect job prospects and social status If people found out?

im nobody irl but this is hypothetical, say I wanted to get a job, and i posted my full identity on these forums and employers and other people are able to see all the shit I wrote,

why the hell would that matter? how does what I say online affect my ability to do the work? why would they not hire me or fire me because of internet posts?

what happens when you cant find work because of internet posts? does the government provide assistance for you?
