Why cant i access the text formatting options bar

Whole shit is greyed out. Im able to attach this image using the attach files option which seems to work. Cant use the site's emotes n shit unless i type em out with the colons. Can someone send a list of names of all the site emotes?

Just me? Or is it a problem with the site? Maybe a mobile thing? Tf?

happened to me on another xenforum, try using diff browser
or the mods blocked it for you for some reason
