My neighbor said he wanted to fuck me in the ass then chased me, I then had to report it because the management saw it. He then gives me dirty looks and trys to fuck with me through "mind games" every time he sees me, that or he looks super anxious (hes faking emotions honestly)

How am I the bad guy here, its like a lack of self awareness. They will victimize you then act like you're the bad guy etc.

I think since im neurodivergent I think in cause and effect, as he thinks more in "me vs them" sort of thing etc.
