Why do normies give me that "look" ?

I would be minding my own business or walking alone and some normies would stare at me, I remember before I quit college a "group" of 3 guys came and one of them sat infront of me, he turned his head to my direction about 3 times and then asked me " is this your first semester" It was actually my 3rd semester,and then he said " u look like u don't fit in with this college" he was right ! At the end of that semester I ended up leaving with 2 probations, yes I have adhd and no I'm not autistic.
