I hate it because it looks corporate as fuck and their exclusivity deals are bullshit and deleting the app off your computer is a bigger hassle than it needs to be. The app is way too large and spends ages loading for the simplest shit and is generally poorly designed. Steam has the same problems but at least their library is massive. I hate front ends so much I just pirate everything
