I'm a neet with actual reasons to be neet (autism, severe panic disorder, severe OCD), I receive benefits cuz of this and do nothing most days but it still feels so fucking wrong in a way I can't even explain, sitting at home at 12pm on a Tuesday just feels so weird and I've still not gotten used to it, there's this feeling of defeat and shame because I know literally 99% of people my age are out there working and doing something, and I'm just doing nothing, it's extremely lonely because I know I'm one of a few, and I feel like I shouldn't be allowed to just sit there or something

And when the weekend comes around I feel like I've not "earned" it, not that weekends feel any different anyway, the only difference between weekends and weekdays is that my parents are home all day

Because through the 10k+ years of human evolution, you're probably the first human being to live like this

Living day to day. Having basic needs met but with no ambitions or goals. Not moving toward anything in a bizarre groundhog day loop

Human beings are built to live through war, tragedy, near starvation, barely surviving etc but we really aren't designed to live like this.

congratulations, you are not distracted running the rat race and thus able to see life for what it truly is - boring and pointless waste of time. Do something to distract yourself.

Same thing applies to most normal jobs tho. Most of history we worked for something we directly neeed, food, as we were farmers. Working some abstract bs job for an abstract value marker like money is also very new

You feel guilty because kike soyciety has expectations for you
This if it wasnt for boomer republican types screaming at everyone to work 90 hour weeks we wud have a reasonable society where we can relax. In luxury gay space socialism we will spend our days creating and doing what we really want. Not making Weinberg an extra trillion. Op u been programmed to feel guilty for not making weinberg an extra trillion.

I agree that's why it feels soul sucking. I'd say it's probably psychologically slightly more tolerable than neeting because people have the idea they're working toward career advancement etc

Shame ideally thatd be the case but work culture is so fucking toxic it really just makes you stressed out 24/7. It's a damn shame the actual jobs often are not hard but all the bullshit expectations are
