a few days ago i was in the forest and i felt some force compelled me to take a branch that was shaped like Y. I held it like a dowsing rod, but the branch told me that it couldn't show me where to go because i was smothering it's antannae.

It moved on it's own with the proper grip and i followed it. I tested it's power by closing my eyes and following where it pointed, i didn't bump into anything.

I followed this for a while until i saw a spring i never seen before. There was a small yellow snake that slithered into the ground as i approached. In it's direction was a cool looking red rock that i felt compelled to grab.

The branch told me to snap it's antennae with my hands, throw it into the spring and yelp.

The rock gave me mental imagery like the Ring from LOTR. I felt energized when touching it and it promised me great power. Like you bring me everywhere you will become wildly successful. but it gave me schizophrenic style commands, like do X, tell no one about me or you will be punished, run now ect. So I could tell it was evil rock. I had similar spirit contact me with (correct) multiple choice answers when i prayed during an exam. I came back to touch it and it felt very similar to the electric sensation of touching silver, the arm i touch it bristles with energy.
