If I ever become seriously suicidal, I'll just go "fuck all" and do whatever I want instead. Whyd I kill myself if I can play the world like an open world game, because when you don't give a shit, that's what it'd probably feel like. I'd run away from my responsibilities, in a literal sense, and just do whatever the fuck I feel like doing, till I die.

Have you looked into philosophy?
This is pretty accurate to the view of absurdism, which is that nothing in life really holds meaning and humans are coded to use their reasoning powers to try and explain why the world works the way it does. In reality, however, nothing we can observe or know has a purpose and our attempts to change this fact give us stress (naturally, we're creating problems that never originally existed).
If you think about it, why do we even carry responsibilities? Why should you hold a conversation with this foid or this dude, because he was your boss or brother or whatever? Do these things matter in the course of your life's entirety? What about in the pace of the universe's lifespan?
If you can learn to not 'give a shit' through this perspective, maybe in addition to being less stressed-out , you can start to assign value to the things which matter to you as an individual being, not as a worker, or sibling or whatever it is.

Whenever I see someone quote from philosophy, I cringe. The sad men always overthink things and add pretentious logic to the human condition and the people who continue this rhetoric on are even more cringeworthy. Whether or not there's any truth to Absurdism is of no importance. It adds nothing of value to the world, nothing but pretentious garbage.
