Do you use your neet freetime for a proper workout routine or do you let your body rot as you do your life?

I pretty much keep up the daily workout from my football days which is good for maintaining cardio and good posture.

Most of my time spent as a NEET I didn't work out or have any kind of physical activity. I ended up starting a basic calisthenics routine. Actually I've gone through a couple routines. Some of the ones I've done for a couple months each is convict conditioning (except the handstand pushup and pullup progressions since I had no pullup bar until recently), and hybrid calisthenics' routine. My current routine is fairly similar to brae and kboge's routines. Basically every workout I do a couple sets of a horizontal and vertical, push, pull and legs movement. So for example, pullups, inverted rows, dips, pike pushups, pistol squats, and bulgarian split squats.
