even though I’m already languishing doing a community college course online.

my father works from home so I don’t really have free time for anything, I always have to feign that I’m studying.

You pay rent and are legally an adult. Put your foot down. The "not under my roof" is all well and good if you're just leeching but you're a tenant. Imagine how weird it would be if you rented an apartment and your landlord started assigning you tasks
