Especially if already lean, literally just been doing random sets of whatever I feel like, when I feel like it a few times a day for the last couple months and at this rate can see myself being more than content with my physique in half a years time.
Finally! Going to the gym and putting on a excessive load and then taking a 2-3 day right after is optimal for muscle growth from what I encountered. Don't know if there is a name for it, sticking to a routine seems like too much work so I always eat my collagens and limit my sugar and cholesterol intake on my rest days.

Unfortunately true, I think my aesthetic was much better when I did calisthenics. I would do pushups, situps, squats and jog 5km each day. Not all at once for the 5km, I'd do it in bursts most of the time, i.e like 5 mins of jogging, 3 mins of walking. Still, aesthetics aside, there is a type of fun in lifting weights, which is the main reason I keep doing it.

they could just be LEAN
People get delusional looking in the mirror, they can't tell if they are overweight for example.

I had no idea Jeremy Meeks work outs and has muscles, he looks, as @hikikomori put it, a welterweight. He looks weak and unfit to fight other weight categories.

My background is not very street actually and when I went to college we as geeks had no interest in sports. There was one strange guy that had thin arms and made a point about showing off his barely noticeable biceps muscles (another rookie mistake - arm's visible volume is due to triceps and fat), that was borderline comical. Jeremy Meeks tier comical. I could throw my 90kg of bellyfat at him and smash the twig-man.

So here's my third person POV, you might discard it - and you probably will. Mirror, mirror on the wall!
