What do your parents think of you being a NEET? My mom gave up on me, basically. She stopped berating me at around 23, when she realized I'm a failure.

My mum still treat me like a kid, she is insane and is oscillating between some kind of "you'll achieve great things" and treating me like a kid.
My father does not care much, but it will come to an end soon, he is tired of paying.
I have one sibling, but they burnt bridges with us because of our insanity.
My mum was on some kind of neetbux her whole life and more or less rot (terrible state rn).
My father is this kind of mystery, he has the IQ and body of a low life, but somehow he apparently had some GFs and he had a job for most of his life. I don't know how he did it, he completely failed school and he is less than 5'2.

I still have some hope of finding a job to get my independence and get out of this loony bin of a house. But this hope is slowly dying.

Well, do you think they're wrong? What would you do if you had a son in a similar situation? I'd push him to study aswell, to ensure that in the future, he'd be able to afford any cope he wants, let it be escorts, food or tech, whatever.

it is not a good idea to be living with your parents. they are not supportive of your lifestyle and often look down on their children, since, like mulan... you'll bring honor to us all... don't fail them. go away and make certain that they really don't know you, not because they lack the communication and empathy skill, but because you're literally not around.
