would that even work? If everyone became what you deem beautiful then maybe new higher standard of beauty will be developed (hypergamy) and we start all over. If everyone became tall good looking and white then maybe the value short ugly dark will increase. Let’s not forget that genetic engineering is considered unethical and such technology could backfire.

If I may suggest maybe the better approach would be create a vaccine that increases the chance of a pregnancy to be a female. You manipulate the female/male ratio to benefit men.
