The term "Swastika" is an Indian (Sanskrit) word. It's a religious symbol in Hindusim/Jainism and sometimes in Buddhism. Swastika is all over in India, from Thailand to Far East Asia. You won't be able find any Hindu/Jain household in India without Swastika mark somewhere in the house.
Every bus and truck India has Swastika symbol somewhere. We actually call it "Swastik", the last "aa" sounds is not generally pronounced, so "Swastika" is not actually correct, it's "Swastik". It means holy, peace, good luck etc.
Nazi Germany took this symbol to associate with Aryanism. Hinduism is a huge part of Esoteric Nazism.

Heirich Himmler was a huge fan of India/Indian culture and Hinduism in general.

So that Swastik on his forehead has nothing to do with Nazism, it's about Buddhism/Jainism.
