Serious How do you guys deal with the depression?

One second I'm fine then I realize how hopeless my situation is. I enjoy nothing. Nothing brings me joy. It's all just endless grinding to no avail.
These thoughts started when I was 16 and ever since then they've just been getting worse. I cannot even imagine what it's like becoming old when you've realized how this truly world operates.
