Lately I’ve been trying to quit porn, and have been deleting porn pics from my phone. I have over 100000 pics saved, and many of them are memes and funny posts from here. Because of this, I have to delete every porn pic one by one. Due to this, it is a slow process and I’m not even half way done.

However, in the last 3 days of constant deleting, I have fapped about 26 times already and I feel completely dead emotionally. I’m a husk of a human, and this is considering even one time would drain me and make me a zombie. My brain has been completely destroyed and I’m probably closest to the drainage a meth head can feel naturally.

I need to get on no-fap as fast as I can and delete all the porn from my phone. Or else at this rate of my dopamine receptor being burned out, I will become a permanent zombie that will have no motivation to ever do anything in no time. Please let me skip through time so my porn will all be deleted and I don’t destroy my brain before I even get to the no-fap stage. Otherwise this will not end well.
