For me, it's Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu, 3-gatsu no Lion, Arslan Senki and Golden Kamuy.

Space Captain Tylor, Space Cobra, Golgo 13, City Hunter, Romeo no Aoi Sora, Kyou Kara Ore Wa literally all 10/10 anime with only like 5000-20000 people marking it as complete on MyAnimeList. These are the true underrated classics, at least in the west, out in the east, Golgo 13 and City Hunter are about as popular as humanely possible. Golgo 13 being like the 2nd most sold manga of all time only behind One Piece. Literally boggles my mind how Golgo 13 is unknown in the west, I can't think of a more stereotypically Western-esque inspired character. Guess people got tired of James Bond type niggers
