Depression Pc broke

Finally decided to put it back together properly. Turned it on and it just keeps turning off and on maybe i fucked it up trying to get dust off certain parts or static. Idk what part is fucked up I'm guessing mobo/cpu/psu since I unplugged everything else. Does cpu need power? Saw cpu opt on mobo but nothing that clearly plugs into it

My cpu has a broken memory channel meaning i can't run it in dual channel so i Always run it in single channel meaning my pc always runs slower than it should
